Field teamFireplace Installer
Install and service gas, wood, and electric fireplaces in new and existing homes.$21–$30/hourTraining provided4-day off-season schedule
Work with experienced installers, builders, customers, and our sales team. This is active, hands-on work for someone who likes learning a trade and seeing the result at the end of the day.
What you will do
- Install wood, gas, and electric fireplaces, stoves, and inserts
- Diagnose and service fireplaces of many types and brands
- Read manuals, safety rules, and job paperwork
- Communicate clearly with customers and coworkers
- Work outdoors, on roofs, and at elevated heights
What you will need
- No fireplace experience required, we train on the job
- Construction experience and comfort with tools are preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 100+ pounds occasionally and heavier items with help
- Comfort working outdoors in Wisconsin weather
Schedule: Peak season, Monday–Friday, 7am–5pm or until the day’s jobs are complete, with overtime available. Off-season, a four-day workweek Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday.
Operations teamWarehouse Team Member
Keep materials organized, orders moving, deliveries on schedule, and the warehouse running safely.$20–$24/hourMonday–FridayForklift training
You will be at the center of the daily operation, helping customers, drivers, installers, and sales staff get the right materials where they need to go.
What you will do
- Load and unload incoming stock, orders, and returns
- Deliver smaller orders in a company flatbed truck
- Operate forklifts, with training available
- Keep the warehouse and yard organized, clean, and safe
- Read pick tickets, packing slips, and safety guidelines
- Help customers and coworkers with a positive attitude
What you will need
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 100+ pounds occasionally
- A team-first attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfort working outdoors and in dusty environments
- Warehouse or construction experience is helpful but not required
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7am–3:30pm. An apprenticeship path toward fireplace installation may also be available.
Showroom teamSales Team Member
Guide customers through fireplace, brick, and stone selections from first questions through a finished order.$37,500 baseUncapped commissionShowroom sales
Help customers understand their options, compare products, and confidently plan projects. This role blends customer service, product knowledge, order management, and design-minded problem solving.
What you will do
- Help customers make selections in the showroom
- Sell our full range of products and services
- Explain product features, options, warranties, and replacement parts
- Process orders in person, by phone, and by email
- Check inventory and confirm availability
- Research and resolve customer questions
What you will need
- At least one year of sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong computer and customer service skills
- A willingness to learn technical product information
- A team-first attitude and flexibility to help where needed
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, plus every other Saturday from 7:30am–Noon. Commissions begin immediately and are uncapped.
